South African team's first IRC meeting

Hi All

The Ubuntu-ZA team had a first IRC meeting last week on 7 December. We
had 22 people on #ubuntu-za and the meeting lasted more than 2 hours
for those that stuck it out to the end.

Some of the things we covered were:
* What is a LoCo Team?
* Mailing List, Wiki, Forum, IRC usage
* Translation - getting involved with translate.org.za
* Subteams
* Getting involved

We have our next meeting scheduled for 15 January and hope to keep the
