Translating the Firefox Start page

There was something bad with Czech translation (bad visual style,
maybe connected with stylesheet) and I am now sending the repaired
version. Furthermore I don't know, if is possible to rename the file
(index-cs_CZ.html -> index-cs.html) as there are only one "cs" version
of software for Czech republic (e.g. Firefox use only "cs" form too).
If it is possible, please rename it to index-cs.
