Translating the Firefox Start page

I've already had a good question about this. Many of the links on the
page point to English websites. I think that you should feel free to
localise these links where possible, by changing it to an official
Ubuntu loco-website. Where this is not possible, I think the best
solution is to leave the link the same. Feel free to talk about an
alternative solution.

We hope that the help.ubuntu.com website will be localised, so that link
can remain the same.
