Breezy CD artwork

Hi Jane,

I'm looking into producing a small number of CDs to be ready right after
Breezy is out. This is important because the most exciting presentations
usually take place around release time.

Having some sort of ready-to-use "artwork kit" would sure help. Mark
seems to be OK with it (see below) so if there's anything that can be
done, I'd much appreciate. I'd like to note that the poster attached on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuArtwork is a great start, IMO.

Here's some context from the last CC meeting:
