DIY ubuntu cd case

Hi,
	I 've just created this cd case [1] for an event that we are planning
this Friday. You can print this case on your home inkjet (A4) and with
some cutting and gluing you can make it look like this [2]. Don't forget
to use heavy paper (at least 120g/m^2)!
