Urgent shipments of CDs

Hi,

I'm a member of the Romanian LoCo Team. We've recently been contacted by
a group involved in a local IT conference that will take place in
mid-October. They said they requested a significant number of CDs from
info at shipit.u.c a couple of times now, with no answer.

My questions are:
Are there any criteria for approving the quantity and the urgency of CD
shipments?
Is there any way we can help them to get the CDs in time for the
conference?
Is it your expectation that the LoCo Teams should try to get involved in
producing CDs locally? If yes, we'd sure use some advice on best ways to
get started.
