server status update

Hi,

the server had an Apache problem today -- sorry.

To fix that, there'll be a (hopefully short) downtime tomorrow at 09:00
UTC or so (new kernel).

After that, I'll be somewhat offline for a week or so.
If the server still acts up, which should be reasonably unlikely
with the new kernel, people with a login can restart it:
	sudo /usr/local/sbin/apache-restart
