We've fixed the configuration so that mail is now flowing correctly again, but unfortunately the nature of the error means that messages to mailing lists hosted on lists.launchpad.net during the affected window were dropped and lost before being delivered to subscribers. The relevant messages are available in the list archives, but may need to be resent by their senders in order to reach list subscribers. The issue started at or shortly after 2022-02-03 08:08 UTC, and was fixed at 2022-02-06 23:29 UTC.
