The Launchpad build farm is processing i386 and amd64 builds again.
There's a substantial backlog of builds, and capacity is reduced due to
the Meltdown and Spectre fixes, but things should return almost to
normal on the x86 side over the next couple of days.
We're still working on restoring build service for armhf, arm64,
powerpc, ppc64el, and s390x.
