Launchpad offline and single sign-on read-only 08.30 UTC 10th November 2011

Launchpad will be entirely offline and Ubuntu's single sign-on service
will be read-only for around 15 minutes from 08.30 UTC on the 10th
November.

Goes offline: 08.30 UTC 2011-11-10
Expected back: 08.45 UTC 2011-11-10

This is to allow us to make a database upgrade. We're sorry for the
disruption that this will cause.
