Launchpad: read-only 11.00-13.00 UTC 31st March

We're releasing the latest version of Launchpad on the 31st March.
While we roll-out the new code, Launchpad's web interface will be
read-only and other services, such as code hosting and PPAs, will be
unavailable.

Starts: 11.00 UTC 31st March 2010
Expected back by: 13.00 UTC 31st March 2010
