Launchpad: read-only 23.00 UTC 6th July, not 1st July

The release of Launchpad 10.06 will now take place on the 6th of July,
not the 1st of July. During the release, Launchpad's web interface
will be read-only and other aspects of Launchpad will be unavailable.

Starts: 23.00 UTC 6th July 2010
Expected back by: 00.30 UTC 7th July 2010

This replaces the read-only period that we had previously announced
for the 1st of July.
