All bugs and questions for Launchpad are now tracked into the launchpad project

Hi everyone,

Today, we consolidated all bugs, questions and blueprints into the Launchpad 
project. The previous team-based sub projects are now gone! (Don't worry for 
your bookmarks, redirects are in place.)
