Launchpad read-only 22.00 UTC 23rd September

Launchpad's web interface will be read-only for around one hour from
22.00 UTC on Wednesday the 23rd September. During that time package
uploads and code hosting will be offline.

Going read-only: 22.00 UTC 23rd September 2009
Expected back: 23.00 UTC 23rd September 2009.

During this time we'll be releasing Launchpad 3.0! Details of the
release to follow at http://blog.launchpad.net/
