Launchpad data retention policy change

Hello,

We have added a new statement to the "File Downloads and Personal
Package Archives" section of Launchpad privacy and data retention
policy:

"Once a PPA package has been deleted by the user, or superseded by
another package, it will remain on our servers for up to 30 days.
After 30 days we will remove the package from our servers."
