Launchpad: read-only 22.00-23.30 UTC 3rd December 2009

Launchpad's web interface will be read-only for 90 minutes from 22.00
UTC December 3rd. At that time, all other Launchpad services -- including
PPAs, bug mail and code hosting -- will be unavailable.

Starts: 22.00 UTC 3rd December
Expected back: 23.30 UTC 3rd December

I'm sorry that we've had to disrupt your service twice in two days and
for the short notice of this coming interruption. During our December
2nd code release we encountered some problems and decided to delay the
roll-out in order to resolve them.
