I have a TI PCIXX21 Flash media controller, and I get a very similar set 
of errors when I plug in the SD card, but the card still works fine.  I 
do have an issue with hibernate, though.  The issue is not serious, 
though.  Every time I hibernate this machine, when I bring it out of 
hibernation, I need to plug the SD card in, unplug it, and then plug it 
in a second time and then it works, but the errors like the ones you 
gave above are placed in dmesg every time I plug it in when it works.
