Are you affected by all four of those issues? Or just the function keys?
I assume just the function keys if the laptop works fine for you. Also,
are you on a Tecra of some sort? I can compare some of the hardware if
you can get a model number to me if you are indeed running a Tecra of

Yeah, I've been trying to provide as much information as I can. Check
those bugs out for a long list of elaborations and replies in hopes of
helping the developers out. I've sort of just been rambling on as I
found new debug messages to post, I haven't been getting any requests as
to what I need to post up. I'm having to manually type debug output out
on another machine, as my USB host and ethernet is not cooperating. But
I'm most definitely willing to provide what I can if someone asks me for
And as a side-note, I think Matt is only assigned to one of the bugs
I've listed, and as luck would have it, that's the one I can't do right
now (Toshiba hotkeys, which requires me to download a driver, which I
can't do without working ethernet) :) I'd love to try out his
recommendation on that bug, but there is literally no way for me to get
anything in or out of my laptop right now aside from manually typing it.
Additionally, the sky2 bug has nobody assigned to it and remains
unconfirmed and seemingly abandoned, hence the frustration. It was
previously assigned to someone but they closed it and myself and another
Toshiba user opened it back up again. Since then it hasn't seen any love.
But yeah, I'm ready to go if someone can work with me on either the USB
or sky2 ethernet issue so I can get some means of transferring things to
and from what is more or less an expensive paperweight right now :) I
posted a link to some details on the ipw2200 issue that was actually
released by the Intel people as well, acknowledging the problem. Hope
there's something useful in there for someone.
