Kubuntu Laptop Testing

There should be pretty much no laptop-specific problems in Kubuntu - 
laptop support is mostly done below the gnome/KDE level, and so any 
Kubuntu-specific problems are likely to affect every laptop with that 
feature rather than a small number of models.
