Flight-4 install

Thanks for the info.  All of the consoles are blank, except the Alt-F4 which
shows this:

I can get the pretty green blocks to change configuration by pressing
Fn+F1-F4, but nothing else changes the screens.  Also, the three-fingered
salute still works.

The fan is usually going pretty hard by this time, but it actually increases
speed at this point.
