TeamPageTemplate

[Duncan Lithgow]

Andreas Lloyd (if I remember right, he's just been employed by Ubuntu as
community carer guy) has requested that all teams make their team page
conform to the same layout. He has made a template here:

So if anyone is looking for something helpful to do that could be a
short project.
