Touchpad - turned off while typing test

Hi,
I decided to update the entry for my laptop to the latest template. I
noticed the new test called 'Touchpad - turned off while typing'. My
laptop doesn't do this in dapper, so i filed a bug[0], which was
rejected. So the question is, is that test supposed to be there?
