Where to file bugs?

It depends on the particular issue(s) you're seeing.  If in doubt, file them
against:

  https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+filebug

and they will be moved to the correct place---this happens all the time,
bugs are moved around from one package to the next, so it is the filing that
is important, even if you can't work out where to put it first time!

A simple clue is that if you know if involves a particular file on the
system, you can run:

  $ dpkg -S file/name

which will give you a list of the package that 'owns' that file.
