Eject Key supposed to do anything?

I think it a general problem with all the Dell and some bugzilla report
consolidation should probably be done.  My own problems with some
function keys (or my Latitude 110l) got merged into this bug report a
few weeks back:

in my case  fn-f1 (hibernate), fn-f3 (battery), and fn-f10 (eject) don't
work.
