Colony 4 released

Colony 4 has been released - you can get it from 
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/breezy/colony-4/ . Those of you with 
Canonical laptops should test this as quickly as possible so we can fix 
any last-minute issues before preview - if other people could test it as 
well, that would be excellent.

One note - please don't leave things as untested unless you really can't 
test them, and if you can't test them then please note why. To test 
suspend to RAM, you'll need to edit /etc/default/acpi-support and 
uncomment the second line, but *please* test it.
