Upgrade from Mint 19.02 to Tina

I know its been a long time since we have communicated , but I am<br>
wondering that my mint 19.02 is showing to update to Tina (mate)<br>
the next  level, so how do I upgrade without losing my Tina (cinnamon) data,<br>
and how big is  the  update in (GB's) and how would I download an ISO disc?<br>
