I recently purchased an pre-owned Dell 2.2 GHz tower through EBay. I can load SimplyMepis, FreeSpire 2.0, OpenSuse, Puppy, Vector, etc.. but when I load any of the Ubuntu family, it will not boot.  It goes to the flash screen after I log in and then just sits there.  Is there anything I can do. I really would like to get Kubuntu working on the system.<br>
