<div dir="ltr">I must be missing something really obvious... I have an officejet 4215 that I just attached to a hardy kubuntu box. I want to share it with a Windows box, but I can't find the magic dialogue anywhere that will let me do that. (I even tried manually editing smb.conf, but for some reason the windows box says "access denied; unable to connect"; probably I'm messing up one of the bzillion authentication commands in the smb.conf file, although I have cut-and-pasted that section from several places all of which purport to work (such as the smb.conf man page).) Can someone please tell me where to find the right place to configure this? No, googling didn't help.... :-( Doc </div>
