I installed some alsa packages that I thought might help and then I ran
./install again. <br>

(or apt-cache search alsa)
You might get someplace if you install:
alsa
alsa-base
And then try your ./install again.
Keep adding likely looking alsa* packages and running ./install until it stops
complaining.
