<p>It does on my system (KMail 1.9.5 (using KDE 3.5.5)) - I use it a lot. But you have to be in the sent mail folder when you set it up. </p>

<p>My own desktop is running Debian Etch. Perhaps that is the difference? Perhaps KUbuntu has removed it for some reason.</p>
