I run Dapper and i would like to avoid typing in console
"sudo iwconfig eth0 essid...."
"sudo dhclient eth0"

everytime i boot.

Try using network manager (and its associated applet for kde or gnome), I believe it has the option to automatically connect to a particular network. Make sure that you set network manager and its applet to be started at boot (for network manager) and login (for the applet).

Secondly, I would like i8kmon to start automatically when i boot, but i
cannot just creating a file /etc/i8kmon as i have seen indicated around.

Thirdly, i am using conky -or trying to- in fluxbox. My conkyrc file
contains shows the number of unseen emails, but it only does it when i
type "conky" in the console because then it asks me password of my email
account. (I should say that conky doesn't start automatically when i
boot, but i don't know if it is due to this email displaying call).
