It occasionally adds an empty city to the list and selects it as the default, then complains it can't get an update and shows weather from Dec 2002. But, just now I was able to add a city and select it as default, and it's working. It's a goofy bug. Probably, best advice is don't give up on it .. it may correct itself like mine did.
