Remove accidentally-added panels

Hi
I had better do this on a laptop rather than my android phone as it doesn't
display the URL.

Thank you for your patience, my fall back position is to format my drive
and have a fresh instal!

This only happened as I thought the task bar was missing, actually it was
because my screen resolution was not showing full screen but slightly
zoomed inside the task bar area. I kept trying hence ended up with right
and left task bars!
