Kubuntu 24.94 LTS released. Not possible yet to upgrade from 22.04?

I'm sorry to read that. It really seems not to be possible to upgrade already from 22.04 to 24.04. Then your only option seems to be a fresh install.

That's another impossible way because you can't upgrade directly from 22.04 to 23.10. You would have to upgrade in several steps: 22.04 -> 22.10 -> 23.04 -> 23.10. And the intermediate releases 22.10 and 23.04 are probably no longer available for upgrades.
