Suspend again

Uhhh. Ok.   I have a launchpad account and I just went to bugs.launchpad.net and spent about 20 minutes looking around but fail to find anywhere the method for reporting a bug. I've only been running Linux since 1992 so maybe I don't have the knowledge. (Sarcasm implied) I searched for any bugs dealing with suspend but didn't really find a fit.   I've reported bug before, but sure can't find the method now.

You'll need to manually submit a bug report on Launchpad. You'll need to figure out the package that fits closest (triagers can reassign it if needed). This is a good skill to have, being able to manually submit good bug reports.

My server went into suspend...  and although my server is for my
personal use, I don't think suspend will go over too well in a
      large organization!
I know how to turn off suspend but it involves incantations at the
command line, which I don't mind doing, but as a general rule,
linux users shouldn't have to deal with.
Not sure how to report this... since ubuntu-bug says it can't be
reported since there is no package installed for it.
