Is qml-module-org-kde-kirigami2 installed? That might be what it's
unhappy about.
Have you considered using oathtool instead of Keysmith? The oathtool
package is in the Ubuntu repositories. This page has Instructions for
using it and a bunch of other information:
https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/use-oathtool-linux-command-line-for-2-step-verification-2fa/
Also, I'm not sure how you'll be using Keysmith, but I figured I'd
jump in and mention that if you're using it on the same machine that
the software you're using it with is on, that may be a security risk.
What I do, when software on this computer needs such a program, is to
install the Duo Mobile app (from Cisco, which is one of the largest
technology companies in the world with a focus on security) on my
phone:
Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duosecurity.duomobile&hl=en_US&gl=US
Apple:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/duo-mobile/id422663827
That way, the device that's generating the passcodes is independent
of the device that's got the software that needs them.
