Mint 19.02 Dial up procedures with Kppp

I'm not sure why you're not asking this on the Linux Mint forms. Besides both being based on Ubuntu, Kubuntu and Linux Mint share little in common. You're not even asking a KDE question.

You're not likely to get many useful answers here in regards to a solely Linux Mint and Cinnamon question
