upgrading to 22.04 kills firefox

yeah my thought, since brand new harddrive nothing on it to back up, but 
the Live DVD that I loaded it from has had the firefox removed from it 
during installation??

I will download a new live DVD from a different repository,  only thing 
that is making me reluctant is I live in area with lousy internet and am 
lucky if I can get 3kbs so things are not fast.
