Running Flatpak Applications with NVIDIA GPU

I have an NVIDIA GTX 2060 Max-Q installed.
I've got the NVIDIA drivers installed and running (525) and I even have
cuda setup and can query nvidia-smi to get the GPU status.
I also have Runescape installed via Flatpak. Previously, I've played
this game in ubuntu but to be honest I'm not sure if it was using the
NVIDIA gpu or not.
Well, I noticed some performance issues and decided to check, and what
do you know, as far as I can see, it's not using the GPU.
I can't find anything relevant online regarding selecting a GPU to
utilize with a specific application.
I have seen references to NVIDIA-Prime, which is also installed, but my
nvidia x server settings look nothing like anything referenced along
with this.
I did try running `DRI_PRIME=1 flatpak run com.jagex.RuneScape` and I
got this error during loading:
`libEGL warning: egl: failed to create dri2 screen`
I'm not skilled enough yet in linux-fu to really dig into this so any
help would be useful.
I just want to make sure that all applications capable of utilizing my
GPU are actually utilizing it, especially this game, and in the future,
Epic/Steam games so I can finally ditch Winblows for good (aside
from..... Fusion 360).
Thanks in advance.
