I have an interesting issue going on..I fixed my old HP dv6-3131so laptop
and it seems Kubuntu won't install on it..installation goes fine until it
tries to install grub..I also tried with Ubuntu mini.iso to see if LILO
would work but same thing..no go..seems that only Debian with LILO installs
all the way..kinda odd..can anyone say why this is the way it is, or give a
solution?..and no, there is no option at BIOS for uefi..
