Ubuntu ISO Testing: New build notification

Hello folks, it is once again time to test, test, test before the
final Artful beta is published Thursday.

Especially on i386, we need testing. This is the second spin, so if
you tested yesterday, please update your download via zsync or so, and
retest. You can always get to the latest spin via
