KDE Plasma upgrade (user49b)

Hi William,

In addition to the better look and feel, it works much more smoother then the 
previous version. Although I had the Kubuntu u=installed on a new DELL laptop 
Inspiron 15, it worked much slower in the beginning then it is now.
