Bug in Dolphin with create folder menu option

Hi!

In the localized version of Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS located strange bug. 
Dolphin in create folder mode show two options "Create folder" and 
translated create folder "Создать папку".

English version menu item on selection crashed Dolphin, but localized 
version work fine. How can i fix this?
