Also, it should be noted that reporting kernel bugs requires a bit more
info than most other software, there but reporting software usually does a
good job of gathering and adding it, but be prepared to get your hands
dirty in the terminal in case it's required.

You should file a bug report at <https://bugs.launchpad.net>. The
easiest way to do this is probably the command

ubuntu-bug linux

which will automatically collect information about your system and
attach it to the bug report.
