You probably need it before. To be clear, what you need is the full path. 
IOW, if BillieOW is in your home directory, then it would be something like

	/home/billieshomedir/BillieOW

If you created it in the "root" (aka "/"), then it would be

	/BillieOW

If you created it in the root, then from an xterm or Konsole prompt, you 
would see something like:

# ls -1 /
BillieOW
bin
boot
dev
etc
home
lib
lib64
lost+found
...

In Dolphin you would see something similar.
