I would suggest to first mount the partition you want to get rid of 
somewhere, e.g. at "/mnt". Then move your important files to a safe 
location, like your home directory. After that you can delete the 
remaining data from the unwanted partition. Finally you should run the 
command

sudo update-grub

to remove the other systems from the boot menu.
