The KDEConnect in system setting shows nothing. Even the Help and 
Defaults button at the bottom are grayed out. The app on my tablet shows 
the desktop  so it can connect but the desktop doesn't show anything.

I don't think KDEConnect is running. And I can't find any way to start it.
