No, it's a statement, not a question. Anyway, if you wanted to ask if 
there are preview thumbnails for videos, I think the answer is no. At 
least I couldn't find a configuration option to enable video preview in 
Kubuntu 16.04. and I don't think I have a video with an embedded preview 
image to test it.
