the list offering to package or test, and see what folks can help you
get going.

Notice the /topic of the IRC channel and read up on those things if
anything sounds unknown. "WIP" means Work In Progess. You may need a
Trello account to read the cards; if you want to pitch in somewhere
and can't comment on a card, ask someone to invite you to the correct
group.
