I am trying to control, without success, the timeout of screen blanking when my Kubuntu 16.04 is displaying the KDM login screen. The timeout is 10 minutes. When I am logged, the blank timeout can be set from "settings > energy saving" menu. When no one is logged, this setting is not working. Thanks for any help. Fabrizio
